The Auscert 2007 Tutorial

The Auscert 2007 conference took place on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The conference featured a PyFlag tutorial. The tutorial was divided into two major parts:

• Intoroducing PyFlag as a forensic platforms - covers the functionality available. This introduces simple images to illustrate this functionality.

• A hands on tutorial with two sample cases. These were meant to be worked on as a challenge. The solutions are available in Auscert2007Solutions. You should take the time to attempt to solve these cases on your own without reading the spoilers.
