Configuring Scanners doesn't refresh to scan filesystem

In the scan filesystem report, when configuring a scanner class the config screen does not refresh to the parent when submit is clicked. The window just stays there and does nothing. This was observed in darcs 7 Nov 2006 with the HTML UI and MENU theme.

Mic: Can you verify if the same version fails the GUI tests? In particular the popup test. Davec: this bug has gone away with all the gui work
